CloneKit's site is intentionally simple. Here's exactly what stores anything in your browser when you visit, and how your cookie choice is recorded.
| Cookie / storage | Category | Set by | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| Stripe checkout cookies | Strictly necessary | Stripe | Required to process your payment securely and prevent fraud during checkout. Can't be switched off, since you've directly asked us to process a payment. |
ck_consent | Strictly necessary | CloneKit (this site) | Remembers your cookie choice below so we don't ask you again on every page. |
Meta Pixel (fbq, _fbp) | Marketing | Meta / Facebook | Measures which ads led to a visit or purchase, so we can spend ad budget on what's actually working. Only loads if you click "Accept all" below. |
Fonts on this site are self-hosted (served from our own domain), not loaded from Google Fonts or any other third party — so simply loading a page doesn't send your IP address anywhere else.
Beyond Meta Pixel, we don't run analytics cookies or other third-party trackers on this site.
On your first visit you're asked to Accept all or keep Essential only. Choosing "Essential only" keeps Meta Pixel switched off entirely — you can still buy CloneKit, we just won't be able to measure which ad brought you here. You can change your choice any time via the "Cookie settings" tab in the bottom-left corner of any page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings directly. Blocking Stripe's checkout cookies will prevent you from completing a purchase, since they're required for payment security.
