Refund Policy

Try it on one ad. If it doesn't work, get your money back.Run the Clone Loop on a single ad within 7 days of purchase. If it doesn't produce a usable clone, email us and we'll refund you. No forms, no runaround.

1. The 7-day window

You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund. After that window, purchases are final.

2. How to request one

Email hello@tryclonekit.com with the email address you purchased under. Let us know the Clone Loop didn't produce a usable clone for you. We don't ask for proof of "trying hard enough," and we don't run you through a retention script.

3. How fast you get it

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within a few business days of your request. Stripe's own processing time may add a few more days before it shows on your statement.

4. What isn't covered

The guarantee covers CloneKit not producing a usable clone when followed as intended. It doesn't cover a change of mind after the 7-day window, or dissatisfaction with the performance of an ad you ran (ad performance depends on your product and market, not just the clone itself).
