These Terms govern your purchase and use of CloneKit, a digital prompt system sold by CloneKit ("we," "us"). By purchasing or downloading CloneKit, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

CloneKit is a digital product: a set of prompts, frameworks, and templates delivered electronically. There is no physical product and no ongoing service beyond access to the material itself.

2. License

On payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CloneKit for your own advertising and content production. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage CloneKit itself as your own product.

3. Payment

CloneKit is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

4. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You won't use CloneKit to clone ads in a way that infringes another party's trademarks or copyrighted footage.
You won't share your copy of CloneKit publicly or resell access to it.

6. No guarantee of results

CloneKit gives you a process and prompt system. Ad performance depends on your product, market, and execution, and we can't guarantee a specific outcome from any individual ad you produce with it.

7. Limitation of liability

CloneKit is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.
